Giant Pancakes

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. In mixing bowl, beat the eggs lightly, then beat in the flour, milk and nutmeg.

  3. Melt 5 Tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces, in a 9x13 cake pan in the oven.

  4. Coat the bottom and sides of the pan with melted butter.

  5. When the butter is hot immediately pour in all the batter around the outside of the pan encircling the butter.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
