- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In mixing bowl, beat the eggs lightly, then beat in the flour, milk and nutmeg.
- Melt 5 Tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces, in a 9x13 cake pan in the oven.
- Coat the bottom and sides of the pan with melted butter.
- When the butter is hot immediately pour in all the batter around the outside of the pan encircling the butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
