- 2 TB minced onions
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 1/2 TB lemon juice
- 1 1/2 TB vinegar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 16 oz bag of cabbage/carrot mix
Mix all ingredients, minus the cabbage/carrot mix in a medium sized bowl. Once well mixed, add the cabbage/carrot mix and mix well. Let chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
